- It will not run without windows. It is basically just a DSP on a board, with
- the rest of the modem functions running in windows software on your PC.
- It thus uses your PC's CPU to perform most modem functions rather than
- a CPU on the modem board as most traditional modems do. I think this
- is USR's answer to RPI modems.
